My name is Taylor, and I’m a certified Life and Wellness Coach with a passion for helping women reconnect with their strength, confidence, and inner balance — from the inside out.

Rooted in a background of nutrition, psychology, and fitness — and shaped by years of experience as a personal trainer — my approach blends holistic wellness with practical, compassionate support. Whether you’re looking to build a healthier relationship with food, improve your energy, or feel more at home in your body, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

As someone who loves to cook and bake nourishing meals, I believe wellness should be simple, satisfying, and deeply personal. And because I value more than just physical health, I bring in elements of mental and spiritual wellness, creating space for deeper transformation.

I’m currently completing my education to become a clinical counsellor, and I integrate this growing knowledge into our work together — offering a whole-person approach that honours the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Compassion, intuition, and empowerment are at the heart of everything I do. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood — so that your wellness journey feels grounded, personal, and deeply aligned with who you are.
